CMT performs multiple sheet metal fabrication processes including; Hydro Form, Brake Press, Roll Form, Stretch Form, Bump Form, CNC Turret Press, CNC Waterjet Cutting, CNC Routing, and Vacuum Forming.

ASSEMBLY & SUBASSEMBLY

CMT assembles items such as:

• Sheet Metal and Mechanical Trailing Edges
• Fairings, Panels, Enclosures
• Click Bond Nut Plate Installation

BONDING / FIBERGLASS

CMT performs various bonding processes such as:

Metal to Metal, and Metal to Honeycomb, utilizing a vacuum equipped oven (autoclave) as required.

TOOLING

• Forming Tools
• Layup Tools
• Assembly Fixtures

SPECIAL PROCESSES

CMT is Nadcap certified for Heat Treat, multiple Chemical Processes, and Prime & Paint application.
